1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.

2. Select the number of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”

3. Click "Check Out" in the pop-up window.

4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"

5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen

6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Like many great American companies, we currently ship from our warehouse in the United States and Asia. 

As a result, we are able to keep our costs low and pass on savings to the customer. This is why sometimes our items take a little longer to arrive at your door.  

After placing the order, it will take 24 to 48 hours for us to fulfill your items (preparation from supplier, packaging, etc.). Once your item is fulfilled, you will receive the shipment details via email. It may take 5-10 days for you to receive your order. 

Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

The Zen Defense itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.
