Lifetime Warranty
100% REPLACEMENT for items that are defective, damaged, scratches, dents. One lifetime warranty is for one product. You may purchase this together with the product or you may add it as long as you still didn’t receive the product. Once you receive the product, you cannot purchase a Lifetime Warranty for that anymore.
Defective/Damaged Items
For defective/damaged items, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request for a replacement or refund. Please send us an email to support@thezendefense.com.If 30 days have gone by after your package has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange unless you have a lifetime warranty for the item.
Refund/Replacement
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
To request for a replacement or refund, buyers are required: to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to support@thezendefense.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement!
The following information is needed as evidence for us to process your request quicker:
- Order number
- Your email address you used to order
- Reasons for replacement or refund
- Photo of the product and the shipping label
You will then receive a confirmation email for the status of your replacement or refund request.
